Returns

If you are not satisfied with your sandals you can request a replacement within 15 days since their receipt. However the sandals have to be in excellent condition or your return will not be accepted.

If your sandals were purchased at a different retail location, please refer to their return/refund policy.

 

We will proceed with the replacement/ refund as soon as we receive them.

Shipment of the returns should be made only by Post for countries out of EU and only with
services including tracking number.

Shipment for return costs are for costumer except when defected or wrong product was delivered by our side.
